Blend together:
2 or 3 green tomatoes
⅔ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 squares chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift together:
2½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons soda
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add ½ of the tomato puree to½ of the dry ingredients. Blend. Then add the remaining tomato puree and dry ingredients. Blend again.

Add 1 cup beer.

For a 2-layer cake, bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
