12 eggs
2 pint whipping cream
1 pint half & half
1 pint whole milk
10 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks until thick, adding 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat whipping cream until stiff, adding 4 tablespoons of sugar. Fold ingredients together in the following order: egg yolks, whipping cream, half & half, whipping cream, and add milk to desired thickness.
