1 lb. Pecans
1 Egg White
1 tsp Water
1 tsp Salt
1 T Cinnamon
1 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and water until thick (not stiff & dry). Fold in Pecans, coat well. Combine Sugar, cinnamon and salt, mix well. Pour over Pecans and cover completely. Spread on a greased Baking Sheet. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, turning at 10 minutes.
