Ingredients:  
16 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1 1/4 c. chopped cooked corned beef (approx. 1 lb)
1 c. sour cream (8 oz)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
3 slices rye bread, cubed
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine: sauerkraut, corned beef, sour cream, onion and garlic.

Transfer to a greased 7x11 greased pan.

Sprinkle with cheese and bread, drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 350*f for 25-30 minutes. or until heated through.

*Recipe can be doubled*
