Place a brisket roast (5 or 6 lbs.) in a baking dish.

Pour 3 oz. liquid smoke over the roast. Generously sprinkle both sides of the roast with celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. Place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, salt and pepper the roast. Add worcestershire (¼ bottle) sauce. Cover top pan with foil. Bake 5 hours at 275°. Uncover meat. Add 6 oz. of barbecue sauce and continue cooking another hour. Remove meat to platter and let sauce cool.
