For puffs:
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour to water and remove immediately. Form into a ball. Drop into a glass bowl. Add one egg at a time. Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookies sheet. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and dry.

CHICKEN FILLING
2 or 3 chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup white raisins
¼ cup onion, chopped.

Pressure cook chicken breasts and cut into small pieces. Blend in mayonnaise, nuts, raisins, celery, and onion.

Make a small slit on side of puff. Add about 1 tablespoon of salad into puff. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
