2 cans Veg-All
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine Dash salt
Dash Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first five ingredients in an 8½xll­ inch casserole. Melt margarine and place crushed Ritz crackers in margarine. Spread on top of first ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes at 400° until crust is brown and casserole is bubbly.
