1 lb. turkey sausage
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Twin french bread
1 lb. jalapeno Monterey Jack, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Crumble. Add bell pepper and onion when sausage is done. Cook until pepper and onion are sauted. Cut bread lengthwise. Divide sausage mixture between the two loaves. Add cheese, replace top of bread, and bake at 350° until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Cut into small pieces to serve.
