2-2.5 lbs. chunk chuck roast (stew meat or round steak cut into strips)
2 cans mushroom soup (condensed)
½-1 whole yellow onion to taste
1 T. of minced garlic
⅓ c. water
1 T. of flour (mix with water)
2 beef bouillon cubes
BBQ sauce (to taste - 1-3 Tablespoons)
½ container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and lay meat on bottom. Add onion. Spread on canned soup, garlic and pour in water/flour mixture.
2. Cook on low 7-8 hours (or 5 hours on high) and stir in sour cream before serving over rice or wide noodles.
