c. port wine
1 T. grated lime peel
1 T. oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp. chili powder
tsp. salt
tsp. cumin
tsp. pepper
1 lb. beef flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
In large resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Add flank steak; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
