2 Eggs
1 tsp Stevia
1 C Almond Flour (or 1/2 Almond 1/2 Sprouted Wheat for a smoother texture. Not GF)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 C Butter, melted
4 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350º

Whisk together flour (s) and baking powder.
Make a well in the dry ingredients. Add eggs, whisk eggs only in well. Add milk, melted butter, and sweetener. Stir to combine.

Spray 5-6 muffin tins with baking spray.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until top is set and slightly browned.

I like to sprinkle a tiny bit of Stevia on top before baking. It creates a nice crunch. Rod loves these, I've mixed in Jalapeños and they turned out great for a little zing.
