2 lbs. ground meat, browned, drained
1 med onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 can enchalada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tortillas
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except tortillas and cheese in large skillet. Take out 1/2 of the meat mixture.
Roll tortillas with cheese, put on top of meat mixture left in skillet.
Pour reserved meat mixture back on top of tortillas. Sprinkle with more cheese.
Simmer to melt cheese in tortillas.
