2 cans cream corn
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1 small can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup croutons
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in covered casserole dish at 350º 20 minutes, uncover then bake 10 minutes longer.
