3 c flour
1 c shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Using a pastry blender, cut shortening into the flour and salt. Mix egg, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture. Chill. Roll out between wax paper.
