4 c. mixed nuts, unsalted (Costco or Sam's unsalted mixed nuts works well)
3 T. coconut oil, melted
3 T. coconut sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. smoked paprika (needs to be smoked)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp.chili powder
tsp. ground ginger
tsp. garlic

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly grease a rimmed cookie sheet with coconut oil. In a large bowl, combine all the nuts with the coconut oil. Toss to coat. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle over nuts, mixing until fully combined. Spread the nuts over prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then bake for an additional 10-12 minuntes, until golden and toasty. Cool. Store in fridge for extended life.
