2 T Butter
2 T flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 C milk
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp dill weed
6 red potatoes, boiled in the skins

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare White sauce, melt butter, stir in flour and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisk in milk. Blend mayonnaise, pepper, onion and dill weed into sauce. Boil potatoes and slice them and place in a casserole dish. Pour sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
