2 tablespoons butter or margarine
½ cup long grain rice
1 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms
½ cup water
1 can French onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in butter with drained mushrooms. Add liquid from mushrooms, water and onion soup. Cover and let simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
