8 slices thick bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large dish with cooking spray. Lay the bread slices into the pan. Beat together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, preheat oven to 400º and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
