4 oz. softened cream cheese
10 slices of bread (thin)
3 peaches, peeled & sliced
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 T. melted salted butter
1 T. white sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spread cream cheese on one side of each bread slice. Place bread, cream cheese side up, onto a greased 9 x 13 in. baking dish, overlapping each slice slightly. Top with peaches.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, syrup, butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread and bake for 30 minutes, or until set.
