1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. light corn syrup
¼ c. butter
12 c. popped corn
12 oz. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º F. Place peanuts and popcorn in a greased roasting pan. In a heavy saucepan, melt the chips, corn syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour mixture over the top of the popcorn and stir until well-coated. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from oven and stir for the first 5 minutes. Turn out on waxed paper and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
