8 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups crunchy peanut butter
24 oz cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar
2 graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in large mixing bowl: beat at medium speed until light and
fluffy.
2. Gradually add cool whip and powdered sugar: continue beating until smooth.
3. Spoon filling into crust.
4. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
5. Set out for at least 10 minutes before serving.
6. Makes 2 pies. (pies may be frozen for several months and can be served as a dessert dip with graham crackers as an alternative to the pie).
