1 can of crescent rolls
1 lb of spiced bacon (See below for recipe)
¼ c brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350º. Line another 10x15 inch baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll crescent rolls on prepared pan, pinching together performations, stretching to fit the pan. Crumble the candied bacon then sprinkle on the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into pieces and serve. Serve at room temperature or warm.

¼ tsp crushed red pepper
¼ tsp espresso powder
¼ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb thick sliced bacon

Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and spices. Lay bacon strips out on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle ½ of the brown sugar mixture over bacon strips. Flip bacon over, sprinkle bacon with the rest of the brown sugar mixture. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool.
