Ingredients:

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. water
2 egg whites, beaten
2 apples, diced
3 bananas, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 container of cool whip
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat juice to boiling point, add egg yolks into sauce pan. Beat cornstarch into juice. Cook on low heat until thickened. Remove from stove, add beaten egg whites. Chill mixture. When cold, mix in cool whip, diced apple, banana and mandarin oranges. Decorate with nuts and cherries, if desired.
