4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2-2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º, prepare pie shell. Beat eggs slightly with a whisk.Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell, bake for 20 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until knife inserted half way comes out clean.
