Directions:
Halve and clean 3-5 bell peppers at desired. Stuff meat mixture into these. (I only use a few green peppers, the rest of the meat mixture I make into med-lg sized “meatballs”.)

Lay flat in lg. casserole, Dutch oven or crockpot.

Mix in a bowl and pour over peppers:

1 can each tomato soup, 6 oz paste, tomato sauce with more basil and rosemary, garlic salt and pepper to taste

Stir. Add 1½ cans water to the mixture. (more is fine, I eye it!)

Cover and put in oven for 350º for about 1 hour (long and shallow med peppers)

Or 1 hr. 15 minutes for lg/ thick and short peppers.

-serve over mashed potatoes-the sauce is so yummy!
