1 cup butter
½ cup white karo syrup
2 cups brown sugar

1 large box Crispix cereal
1 jar low salt peanuts
1 Pepperidge Farms Pretzel Fishes
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil butter, Karo syrup, brown sugar, boil 1 ½ min.

Pour caramel mixture over cereal mixture. Put in 2 cake pans. Bake 350º for 15 min. Stir every 5 min. Spread on wax paper and let cool.
