Meatball Subs Recipe

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup warm water

Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Fry in a pan to brown then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Add 1 jar of marinara and serve in French bread with mozzarella cheese.
