1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups milk
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham and water in a large sauce pan; bring to a boil. Add broccoli, cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 - 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Combine milk and flour, stirring until smooth, add to broccoli mixture. Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese and salt. Cover over medium heat until cheese melts. Serve.
