1 ¾ c. flour
⅔ c. sugar
¾ tsp cream of tartar
¾ tsp baking soda
⅓ c shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar together. Cream shortening, add sugar (a little at a time) add eggs and beat well. Then, alternating, add flour mixture and bananas.
Cook at 350º for 1 hour.
