cup soft margarine or butter
cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cup sour milk
2 cups flour
2 cups zucchini shredded
4 tbsp. cocoa
tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
cup chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes about 30 cupcakes.
Note: To make sour milk, add 1 tsp. vinegar.
