4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounce carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 tablespoons poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Cool and cut up into bite size pieces. Layer of chicken into casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup together and layer half of this mixture over the chicken. Melt butter and add to crumbled Ritz crackers mixed with poppy seeds. Layer half of this over the soup mixture. Repeat layers - chicken, soup mixture, and top with cracker mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until done and bubbly.
