12 chicken breasts(flatten with mallot)
12 pieces prosciutto ham
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Place prosciutto on flattened chicken breasts and roll up chicken tightly. Fasten with toothpicks. Place chicken roll ups in a large pyrex dish. Mix the sour cream, mushroom soup, mushroom pieces, and sherry and cover the chicken with the mixture. Bake at 300º for 3 hours. Should be fork tender. The sauce goes well over wild/brown rice.
