1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 T. lemon juice
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. Worstershire sauce
1 1/2 T. pepper
1 T. parsley(dried or fresh)
1 T. garlic
2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Mix marinade together. Pour over pork tenderloin and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Bake at 375º for 1 hour uncovered and baste often.
