½ c margarine
1 16 oz pkg frozen hash browns
1½ c cheddar cheese, shredded
1½ c Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c diced ham
4-5 eggs
1 c milk
1 c onion, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Melt margarine 9x13 inch pan.

Add hash browns to pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350º.

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over browned hash browns. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes

This can be made the day before serving.
