4 slices of bread cubed
½ lb sausage, bacon or both (can substitute with steamed lobster)
9-12 large eggs
3 c milk
1½ C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ red pepper, chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 2½ quart baking dish.

Place bread cubes in bottom of the baking dish. Set aside.

Cook sausage/bacon until browned. Drain the grease and crumble the bacon and cut sausage into bite size pieces. Chop red pepper and garlic into small pieces. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and pour over bread cubes.

Best if refrigerated for a few hours or overnight.

Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
