1 lb sliced bacon
1 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Remove bacon from package and cut in half. Place flour, brown sugar and pepper in a large plastic bag. Place individual slices of bacon in plastic bag and coat with flour mixture. Place dredged bacon strips onto cookie sheet making sure that they are laying flat. A pound of bacon should fit snuggly on an average cookie sheet.

Cook for 10-15 minutes to the desired crunchy level. Let cool and chow down.
