2 cans whole green beans
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 green pepper, chopped
1 small can pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp or mellow)
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and pepper in butter. When nearly done, add pimentos. To this add soup and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Mix sauce with the drained green beans, place in greased casserole and top with crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake in 350º oven approximately 30 minutes.
