Pineapple Cake


Ingredients:

2 Eggs
20 ounce can Crushed Pineapple
2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 cup Walnuts plus some for garnish, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well by hand the first six ingredients then stir in walnuts. Place in ungreased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
 

Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting


Ingredients:

3 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Walnuts for garnish, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and ginger. Garnish with walnuts if desired.
