2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken breast diced 2 Cans Butter beans drained

5 Cloves Garlic crushed 1 can Navy beans Juice reserved

3 Ribs Celery diced 1 can White Kidney beans drained

1 Large Onion diced 1 can Chicken stock

5 Jalapenos roasted peeled and seeded 2 cups shredded Jack Cheese

3 Poblano Peppers roasted peeled and seeded 1/2 Cup Sour cream

1 TBS Cumin Juice of one lime

1 tsp Chili powder Cilantro


Directions:
Directions:
Put a drizzle of olive oil in the bottom of a heavy stock pot, add garlic, celery and onion saute until wilted/ Add chicken and stock simmer until chicken is cooked through. Add the juice of a lime cilantro, spices and diced peppers simmer about 15 more minutes adding chicken stock if needed. Put all the beans in reserving the thicker liquid and adding if needed simmer and add additional seasoning if needed. slowly add shredded cheese stirring to incorporate add the half cup sour cream and serve with fresh cilantro, cheese and sour cream,
