Fill a large roasting pan with air popped popcorn to level not heaping. Approximately 1 - 1 1/2 cups of air popped corn, or 20 cups. Set aside.

On a stove top, melt 3 sticks of Butter. When melted add Brown Sugar, Karo Syrup, and salt. Continue to stir until it starts to bubble, then continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes to make sure sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Baking Soda. Stir until mixture becomes slightly thickened and a light golden brown. Immediately pour over popcorn and stir until all kernels are covered with carmel.

Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir every 10 minutes until cool and all kernels stay separated.
