3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin (not pie filling)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl or mixer - sugar, oil, water eggs, and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients and add to liquid. Fold in nuts. Grease 2 5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 55 - 60 minutes.
