1½ head of Broccoli (cut off florets)
½ c. water
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellman's Mayo
4 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1½ head of Broccoli (cut off florets; put in covered casserole dish and ½ c. water-microwave for 5 minutes) put on bottom of casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 C. Hellman's Mayo.
Add 4 c. cooked diced chicken
Sprinkle 2 c. Cheddar cheese over top
Cover with homemade croutons

Bake casserole for 40 minutes @ 350º in a 9X13 pan;
Add croutons the last 15 minutes
of baking time.

Homemade Croutons: cut off crust of slices of bread; cut the bread into 2"x 2" squares and toast in butter melted in frying pan.
