3 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir til blended and heated through. Cool.

If using for wings, cover 5 lb wings and refrigerate overnight. Drain. Place wings on greased pan. Bake at 400º about 45 minutes, turning occasionally. Preheat grill and finish cooking on grill 10-15 minutes.

This glaze is great for salmon. Marinade salmon as long as you can (save some marinade for dipping sauce!) and then bake it.
