Drain 1 pint of oysters and save the liquid
2 C saltine crackers , crushed
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Oyster liquid
3/4 C Cream (heavy)
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid off oysters and hold separate
Combine melted butter, salt, pepper and cracker to make a crumb mixture
Layer the crumb, oysters, crumb, oysters
Mix oyster liquid, cream and Worcestershire sauce and pour over layered crumbs and oysters.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Serve hot with Turkey dinner.

My father loved this dressing so we had it every Thanksgiving. Your father also loved this but we haven't had it lately. It is a really good unusual side dish.
