4 cup flour
2 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup pumpkin (small can)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 ½ cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon pumpkin spice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugars in large bowl, mix until smooth and creamy.

Add egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.

In a separate bowl combine flour, oatmeal, and spices.

Alternate mixing dry ingredients with pumpkin into the batter.

Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.

Use ¼ cup dough per cookie, about the size of an ice cream scoop.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 º for 13 to 15 minutes.
