1 C Crisco flavored butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda

3 C oatmeal
1 pkg chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugars till fully blended. Add eggs and vanilla then blend in flour and spices, add oatmeal and chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
This freezes well and and can be baked later.

This is my favorite cookies I can remember having these at my sixteenth birthday. I love these cookies with butterscotch chips. You girls have always loved for me to make these and I have enjoyed it.
