1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
6 large ripe bananas mashed
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs. In a separate bowl sift together salt, baking soda, and flours. Add what germ to flour mixture. Alternately add flour and mashed bananas to cream mixture. Add pecans to batter, pour into two well greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar, wheat germ, and a few chopped pecans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
