2 large diced onions
4 large garlic gloves
4 Tbsp olive oil

4 lbs lean stew beef, cut in 1" x 1" cubes
3 lbs bulk pork sausage

2- large cans of diced tomatoes
2 -6 oz. cans of tomato paste
1 - Large baked beans
6 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp oregano
2 tsp salt and sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa

2 -15 oz cans Kidney beans with liquid
2- 15 oz cans Pinto beans with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add beef and sausage and cook till brown, pour off fat. In a crock pot pour in meat mixture, then add tomatos , paste and baked beans and all spices. Simmer for 2 hours, then add beans and place on low for another 1/2 hour and then ready to serve.
You can serve with grated cheese, sour cream and even baked potatoes. Freezes well for storing extra servings.

This is grandma's chili recipe that I have made over all the years. It has won several contest and is one of our families' favorite meals. Great for Halloween night and all through the winter.
