Dough: 2 cups Flour
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp salt

Filling: About 8 Tbsp sugar mixed with 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each raisins and ground nuts
About 4 oz apricot jam

Directions:
For the dough cut cream cheese and butter into flour; divide dough into 4 parts wrap in plastic and chill overnight.
Roll each piece of dough into circle 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with 1/4 sugar and cinnamon mix., nuts and raisins. Cut circle into 12 triangles. Place dab of jam on wide end and roll up toward point. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 º F. for 10 -15 minutes.
