1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts, optional

ICING:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup can milk or regular milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly and pour in 9 x 13 pan. Bake on 350º for 20 - 25 minutes. (check at 20 minutes).

Icing directions: mix all together and frost as desired.
